If you can imagine it, then it's possible at the Inspiration Factory! Inspiration Factory programs are available for children ages 3-11 years old. Topics for Early Childhood and Lower School students range from dinosaurs and backyard ecology to Taylor Swift!

Chit Chat & Craft

Taught by Ms. Ashley Smith, Kindergarten Teacher

Welcome to Chit Chat & Craft, the ultimate summer camp for creative kids who love to make, create, and connect! Each day, campers dive into fun craft projects like painting, beadwork, and collage, all while making new friends and sharing stories. From colorful masterpieces to unique DIY keepsakes, there’s something for everyone’s imagination. With a mix of hands-on crafting and lively conversation, this camp is perfect for those who love to express themselves and bring ideas to life. Get ready to chat, craft, and take home your very own works of art!

French Cooking Camp

Taught by Madam Anne Cahuzac, Early Childhood, Lower School, and Middle School French Teacher

Join us for a fun and interactive French Cooking Camp this June! Open to students in grades 3-6, this camp offers a hands-on introduction to French cuisine and culture. Participants will prepare delicious recipes like crêpes, quiche, and petits sablés, while learning about the history and traditions behind each dish. Alongside cooking, students will engage in team-building activities, explore French culinary customs, and take home their creations to share with family.

Animal Safari Adventure

Taught by Ms. Dawn Farr, Pre-K Assistant Teacher

We will explore the wonders of the animal kingdom! Children will learn about animals from around the world through hands-on activities, storytelling, and creative play.

Mindful Creations: Creative Writing

Taught by Mr. Justin Bailey, Teaching Assistant and Extended Day Program Facilitator

This summer, discover and create while building your confidence and having fun with new or older friends through writing. In Mindful Creations, we focus on what we are feeling or thinking about. Each week, we will have a theme to inspire an idea for each topic. Then those smaller themes will come together to become a collection of writing that friends will be proud of. This session will allow you to choose what you want to work on while also trying and creating new things you didn't think you could.

The Lemonade Stand

Taught by Ms. Ashley Smith, Kindergarten Teacher

Quench your thirst for fun at The Lemonade Stand camp! Campers will learn how to create delicious lemonade recipes, design their own stand, and explore basic business skills like teamwork and customer service. It’s the perfect mix of creativity, hands-on learning, and entrepreneurial fun. By the end of camp, kids will be ready to run the coolest lemonade stand on the block!

Fossils and Footprints and Fun Oh My! & Fossils and Footprints and Fun Oh My! II

Taught by Ms. Erin Pleinis

Learn about dinosaurs in a fun hands-on way. Every day we'll have lessons, including Footprint Fun, Digging for Fossils, Dino Races and Show Me Your T-rex Face (making masks and hats.) Everyone loves dinosaurs, so let's learn more about them together!

Drama Camp

Taught by Ms. Sara McGuire, Drama Teacher and Director of Summer Programs

Immerse yourself in the DRAMA without all the drama. Students will learn theatre games, practice scene work and monologues, try out improv, and take a turns at writing their own. The culmination show is on Friday at 12:00.

Room on the Broom

Taught by Ms. Sara McGuire, Drama Teacher and Director of Summer Programs

Read the famous story by Julia Donaldson and create your own broom, potions, and more! Pretend play to act out the animals, and fun snacks to go along with the story and others like it.

Super Sports Adventure

Get ready for nonstop action at our summer sports camp! Dive into classic games like kickball and dodgeball, tackle exciting obstacle courses, and enjoy unique gym challenges every day. With friendly competitions, teamwork, and tons of laughter, it’s the perfect place to stay active, make new friends, and create unforgettable memories. Whether you’re a sports fan or just in it for the fun, this camp has something for everyone!

Little Scientists and Engineering

Taught by Ms. Dawn Farr, Pre-K Assistant Teacher

Ignite curiosity with fun experiments and engineering challenges! This course introduces kids to basic scientific concepts, problem-solving skills, and the excitement of building and discovery.

The Eras Experience & The Eras Experience II

Are You Ready For It? Let’s embark on a magical journey through the iconic eras of our favorite singer-songwriter, known for her Fearless creativity and Midnights of inspiration! Sing your heart out during karaoke, Shake It Off with choreographed dances, and craft adorable friendship bracelets. But that’s just the beginning! We’ll dive into the musicians who inspired this Femininomenon, design stylish outfits fit for a pop sensation, and even write our own All Too Well-crafted songs. Whether you dream of being a Mastermind songwriter or simply love a Love Story, this camp will leave you absolutely Enchanted.

Mini Chef's Cooking Adventure

Taught by Ms. Ashley Smith, Kindergarten Teacher

Join us for an exciting, hands-on summer camp where young chefs dive into the art of cooking and baking! Campers will work together to whip up delicious sweet and savory treats, exploring new ingredients, flavors, and techniques. Through guided, interactive lessons, they’ll learn culinary basics and strengthen teamwork, communication, and essential life skills. From measuring and mixing to tasting and sharing, each step will help build confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Get ready to make memories, master recipes, and enjoy the flavors of summer!

Live Wild

Taught by Ms. Eliese Ronke, Gifted and Enrichment Coordinator

Practice survival skills and let our your best HOOOWWL in Live Wild camp! Together, we’ll read through the chapter book A Wolf Called Wander by Rosanne Parry while exploring how animals (including humans) use their adaptations—from physical traits to pack behaviors—to face the challenges of nature. Each day will include group read-aloud time, activities, and games centered around themes like Finding Your Way and Facing Danger, and a mid-morning snacktivity—an edible craft like Wolf Toast or Habitat Parfaits. A blend of ecology, team-building, and outdoor skills, Live Wild will help bring out your wild side!

Cardboard Creatures

Taught by Ms. Janna Arbuzova, Part-Time Assistant Teacher and Office Support

Ecological art! Students will create art out of cardboard, including a self-portrait, a fantastic creature, an animal, and more.

Art Explorers

Taught by Ms. Dawn Farr, Pre-K Assistant Teacher

Dive into a world of creativity! Children will explore various art forms, including painting, sculpting, and crafting, as they express themselves and create masterpieces.

Backyard Ecology Camp

Taught by Ms. Hannah Al-Najjar, 2nd Grade Teacher

Embark on an exciting adventure in your own backyard! Our Backyard Ecology Camp invites young explorers to discover the wonders of nature through hands-on activities and creative projects. Campers will learn about native plants, pollinators, and local wildlife all while exploring the delicate balance of backyard ecosystems. Through fun games, guided nature time, and eco-friendly crafts, kids will gain a deeper appreciation for the environment and the incredible biodiversity right outside their door. Perfect for curious minds and budding nature lovers!

Mock Newbery Summer Reading Camp (Two-Week Camp)

Taught by Ms. Hilda Gonzales, Librarian

The Newbery Medal is awarded to the most distinguished American children’s book of the year. A Mock Newbery election simulates the experience of the actual Newbery. Students will read and discuss eligible titles using the criteria for the award and then vote, just as the actual Newbery Committee does! The camp will be led by Roycemore's wonderful librarian Ms. Hilda!
