Holly Crilly leads global sales enablement and business development for the Global Security Sales Organization at Cisco. This team’s goal is to drive sustained Security growth by understanding the customer and specialist/seller experiences in-depth, then designing and executing Sales Enablement Strategies and Business Development plays (delivering Activation and Acceleration motions) for security specialists, direct field sellers and partners. Previously, she was a Director in Cisco’s Americas Marketing and Communications organization and also held sales strategy, planning and operations leadership roles at Cisco. Before she joined Cisco, Holly led successful teams in technology, consumer and agency organizations and directed strategy and execution across a full range of marketing, communications and sales enablement disciplines.
Holly has been part of the Roycemore family for four years and her son, Charlie attended for High School and graduated in 2019. She also served on the Board of Rogers Park Montessori for seven years and was President of that Board for three of those years. She enjoys tennis, travel and biking.
