Social-Emotional Development

Our youngest students learn to think critically, develop social-emotional awareness, and become part of their classroom community. Our classrooms are diverse learning centers representing the students and the outside community through the materials and activities.

Helping Our Students Grow

Our teachers foster children’s social interactions with peers to provide them with opportunities to build a variety of social skills such as cooperation, sharing, taking turns, and respect for others. Through role play activities and group lessons, students learn how to solve classroom problems appropriately and independently. These skills are often practiced during various “play times” throughout the day.
