The Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Roycemore! Follow the steps below to apply. We look forward to reviewing your application.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are open. Roycemore's Priority Application Deadline is January 15th, 2025.

1. Start Online Application

Applying is easy with our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides families a tool for tracking the status of admission after their application has been submitted.

2. Gather Necessary Documents

A list of all forms needed can be found in the section below. Make sure to submit a copy of the applicant's birth certificate. If applicable, also submit any special educational or psychological evaluations completed within the last three years.

3. Review the Submission

Once all necessary documents have been submitted, a non-refundable fee of $100 ($275 for students applying from outside the US) must be submitted with each application.

4. Interview Process

Complete the required formal writing portion and an informal interview at Roycemore. This is a great time for the student and family to experience Roycemore's community first-hand through a campus tour or student shadow day.

5. Experience Roycemore

Parents and students will have the opportunity to tour the school, observe briefly in classrooms, and ask questions about Roycemore School's programs and culture. Based on the student's interests, we will pair them with a current Roycemore student during student shadow days.
