Faith started teaching in 2014. She taught 5th and 6th grade for Chicago Public Schools and achieved accomplishments that include being a teacher leader for CPS Network 2 language arts teachers, speaking at the 42nd Annual Statewide Conference for Teachers Serving Linguistically & Culturally Diverse Students in 2018, attending a teaching institute program to combine language arts and visual arts at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington D.C. while presenting original lesson plan ideas, and attaining National Board Teacher Certification in early adolescence English language arts in 2019. Faith spent her summers as an English as a second language instructor at Lake Forest Academy from 2014-2019. She has also taught 6th through 8th grade English language arts and social studies for the Archdiocese of Chicago from 2020-2024.
