Next year I will be attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I’m eager to pursue my passion and further my knowledge in Baking and Pastry Arts. I’ve always had a strong sense of what I want to do and while culinary school may not be the traditional college path that most students take, I know that it’s the right one for me. Roycemore has taught me a lot about having confidence in what I do and how I express myself. I will never forget the people here who helped support and shape me into becoming who I am today. I can only hope that I will have a similar experience next year.
