MONDAY, JULY 19
1. Painting with our feet!
2. Clean mud sculptures
3. Scooters and trikes. Please bring in a helmet!
LUNCH
1. Read Jack and the Beanstalk
2. Plant some beans and see how fast they grow
3. Let’s race like the Tortoise and the Hare in the gym
4. Fun with mazes

TUESDAY, JULY 20
1. Body tracing
2. What time is it, Mr. Fox?
3. Car wash and playtime with toy cars and trucks outside
LUNCH
1. SWIMMING AT THE YMCA Leave: 1:00 Return: 3:00
2. Read The Three Little Pigs
3. Make paper bag puppets
4. Fun with magnets

WEDNESDAY, JULY 21
1. Rock painting
2. Miniature golf
3. Read Robert Munch books
4. Playground fun
LUNCH
1. Read Little Red Riding Hood
2. Trip to KOHLS CHILDREN’S MUSEUM Leave: 12:30 Return: 3:45

THURSDAY, JULY 22

2. Read Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Then we will make puppets.

FRIDAY, JULY 23
1. Sing “the More We Get Together”
2. Wet chalk drawings
3. Bus ride to MAPLE PARK. Leave: 9:30 Return: 10:45
Wear your red camp shirt
LUNCH
1. Read The Gingerbread Boy
2. Make a marshmallow boy
3. Wolf, Wolf, what time is it?
4. Movie: Shrek


  • Swimming is every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 to 2:00 (beginning Week 2). 
  • Please make sure that your camper has two swim suits at camp.  One will be used for swimming and the other is for water play.
  • Afternoons trips generally will be from 12:30 to 4:30 on most Wednesdays.
  • We will be taking walking trips to local parks.  Directions to the parks will be posted on our door.
  • Parents are always welcome to join us on our trips.
  • Please bring an extra set of clothes to keep at camp.
  • If your child needs sun screen, please send a bottle, labeled with your child’s name on it.
  • Activities are subject to change due to weather conditions.
  • Please send a water bottle to camp every day (label your child’s name on it).
  • Please leave a pair of gym shoes at camp for outdoor play.
  • Camper’s T-shirts must be left at camp all week. Each Friday the shirt goes home to be washed and brought back on Monday
  • If your child will not attend camp, please call the office at 847-866-6055 by 8:30 a.m.
